New England Civil Academy was formed with the idea that every company should not be burdened with the task of educating its workforce. There is a lack of education in the field of civil excavation. If you are not a civil engineer then the only way to receive this education is through work experience. Here at NECA, we strive to change this problem. With the ever-changing employment environment, we are now seeing the need more and more to educate the individuals willing to perform this type of work. We are here to make this happen.

in a trade. The knowledge that takes a lot of time to acquire due to its complexity, NECA offers a program that aims to educate and streamline this content
in its step-by-step 6-week programs.

This program is designed to advance the working knowledge of laborers and potential foremen. NECA believes that there is a lack of teaching in the civil field.
